For our department Planning & Technical Documentation within LuxairAirlines , we are looking for a (an) :

Maintenance Planner (m / f / x)

Main duties :

  • Monitor long and short term schedules applicable to the assigned Luxair fleet according to

current internal and legal regulations in force

  • Define Scope of Work and Work Packages based on all schedules in advance to allow an
  • optimized planning.

  • Make sure that the required resources are available for work planning
  • Be the key contact for Engineering and Production
  • Review on a daily basis the performed work and report back by using the appropriate
  • application

  • Re-plan the differed work within the applicable time frame
  • Give an administrative support to the Planning department
  • Required profile :

    Minimum requirements for the position

  • Be holder of a secondary school degree "BAC" or equivalent
  • Provide a proven experience in an aeronautical environment
  • Be familiar with standard office applications
  • Accept Duty Travel
  • Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and
  • written)

  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company
  • Understand the applicable procedures related to the function
  • Attend and pass successfully the required mandatory trainings according the area of activity
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and estimate
  • Keep the confidentiality of the data
  • Criteria desired or to be acquired

  • Have a very good knowledge of internal processes of Technics
  • Show user skills in the tools used in the department
  • Ideal candidate

  • Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
