Top Line AdvisoryPinneberg, DEEinleitung Our client, one of the leading grill brands in America, is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Demand Planner to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing logistics operations, improving forecasting processes, and building a strong internal network to support the continued growth in the European market. Aufgaben Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (Third-Party Logistics - 3PL) regarding daily logistics operations. Oversee order management, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and tracking through 3PL. Act as the main contact for both internal and external customer service, assisting customers with order tracking and traceability.Monitor, assign, and correct any failed IDOCs in the system. Travel 10-15% to our 3PL locations in Germany, Denmark, and the UK for operational coordination. Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the logistics operations and broader business goals. Qualifikation Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, with strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation logistics. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Teams, Excel) and experience with SAP S4 Hana, including managing electronic data interfaces (IDOCs) with 3PL providers. Fluent in both German and English.A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented approach, and strong resilience under pressure.
