Deine Aufgaben

  • Du schulst und berätst die Mitarbeiter zu sämtlichen Themen rund um den Datenschutz
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die Unternehmensrichtlinien im Einklang mit der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (GDPR) und den Verfahrensregeln stehen
  • Du prüfst die bestehenden Datenschutzbestimmungen auf mögliche Verstöße und Abweichungen und behebst eventuelle Probleme nach Absprache mit dem DPO
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern arbeitest und aktualisierst Du interne Datenschutzrichtlinien, - standards, und -prozesse
  • Du erstellst Schulungsprogramme und bietest Mitarbeitern Beratung und Unterstützung bei Datenschutzfragen
  • Du informierst und berätst den / die Data Controller oder Datenverarbeiter / in zu allen Angelegenheiten des Datenschutzes
  • Du förderst eine unternehmensweite Kultur der Datenschutz-Compliance
  • Durch proaktive Audits stellst Du die Einhaltung der Vorschriften sicher und behebst potenzielle Probleme frühzeitig
  • Du dokumentierst alle Datenverarbeitungsvorgänge des Unternehmens
  • Bei Bedarf stellst Du Anfragen an Datenschutzbehörden
  • Du überprüfst und aktualisierst regelmäßig alle bestehenden Datenschutzdokumente

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Compliance, IT, Datenschutz oder anerkannte Zertifizierung im Bereich Datenschutz.
  • Du besitzt mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Datenschutz-Compliance oder in einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung innerhalb einer Rechts-, Prüfungs- und / oder Risikomanagement-Abteilung.
  • Du besitzt eine hohe Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, vertrauliche und sensible Daten zu verwalten.
  • Du hast hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Kompetenzen sowie die Fähigkeit, sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten.
  • Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office Suite sowie zugehöriger Schreib- und Präsentationssoftware.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Die Kenntnis von Französisch und Luxemburgisch sind von Vorteil.

    Tes tâches

  • Tu formes et conseilles les collaborateurs sur tous les sujets relatifs à la protection des données
  • Tu veilles à ce que les directives de l'entreprise soient conformes au règlement général sur la protection des données (GDPR) et aux règles de procédure
  • Tu vérifies les règles existantes en matière de protection des données afin de détecter d'éventuelles violations et divergences et tu remédies aux éventuels problèmes après avoir consulté le DPO
  • En collaboration avec les parties prenantes concernées, tu travailles et mets à jour les directives, normes et processus internes de protection des données
  • Tu élabores des programmes de formation et offres aux collaborateurs des conseils et une assistance sur les questions de protection des données
  • Tu informeras et conseilleras le contrôleur de données ou le responsable du traitement des données sur toutes les questions relatives à la protection des données
  • Tu favorises une culture de conformité à la protection des données à l'échelle de l'entreprise
  • Grâce à des audits proactifs, tu garantis la conformité et tu résous les problèmes potentiels à un stade précoce
  • Tu documentes toutes les opérations de traitement des données de l'entreprise
  • Si nécessaire, tu fais des demandes aux autorités de protection des données
  • Tu vérifies et mets régulièrement à jour tous les documents existants relatifs à la protection des données

    • Ton profil

  • Tu as terminé tes études dans le domaine de la conformité, de l'informatique, de la protection des données ou tu as obtenu une certification reconnue dans le domaine de la protection des données
  • Tu as au moins deux ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la conformité en matière de protection des données ou dans un domaine apparenté
  • Tu as de l'expérience au sein d'un service juridique, d'audit et / ou de gestion des risques
  • Tu as une grande résistance au stress et la capacité de gérer des données confidentielles et sensibles
  • Tu as d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et la capacité de travailler à la fois de manière autonome et en équipe
  • Tu es à l'aise avec la suite Microsoft Office et les logiciels de rédaction et de présentation associés
  • Tu parles couramment l'allemand et l'anglais. La connaissance du français et du luxembourgeois est un atout
