In Rheinfelden befassen wir uns mit der Herstellung und dem Vertrieb von hochdisperser Kieselsäure und Aluminiumoxid für zahlreiche Anwendungen. Stelleninhalte

Mitarbeiter Produktion Tagschicht (m / w / d)

Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten :

• Bedienen, einstellen und überwachen der Verpackungsanlage sowie der Bigbagabfüllung
• Einstellen und überwachen der Förder- und des Abnahmebandes
• Einstellarbeiten am Printer und Abnahmeroboter, an der Presse und dem Folien-automaten sowie am Schrumpfrahmen.
• Befüllung des Palettenmagazins
• Endkontrolle der versandbereiten Paletten sowie das Verfahren der Paletten in die vorgegebenen Lagerbereiche.
• Bedienen der Rückführeinrichtung
• Beladen von Silo-Lkw´s nach schriftlicher Vorgabe
• QM-gerechtes Führen von Kontroll- oder Produktionstabellen . Abfüllbericht
• Probenahmen nach Vorgaben.
• Behebung kleinerer Störungen im Abfüll- und Konfektionierungsbereich.
• Regelmässige Reinigung der benutzten Geräte sowie des Abfüllbereiches.
• Rückmeldungen an den Schichtmeister bei Störungen
• AlCl3 Entladung
• SiO2 Abfüllung (Plane + Tackernadeln tauschen)
• Al2O3 Abfüllung
• Beladung Säure LKWs
• Urlaubsvertretung Versand
