What you will do : You will play a key role in improving KPIs and content of our games portfolio You will be working in a small team of professionals to build the active gameplay mechanics and the meta game layer for our top priority projects You will handle technical implementations like tracking and advertising SDKs Mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of technical excellence Collaborate with designers, artists, and QA to bring creative ideas to life and ensure project goals are met Solve complex technical challenges and identify opportunities to improve workflows and tools Who you are : You have at least 4 years experience in developing successful hyper-casual / casual games with Unity You are willing to work with existing code base and can easily add new features on top You have a deep passion for mobile games and love tinkering around with new mechanics You are able to use the built-in Unity tools to be as time-efficient as possible You have a good feeling for color, composition, and "developer art” You first get the game’s core loop right and then flesh out the details You love working together with smart, passionate and driven people, that hold themselves and others to high standards and want to grow constantly You like to celebrate your successes together with your team and also support them in difficult times Nice to have a degree in Software Engineering or similar field but not mandatory Big Plus : Having a shipped (over 1m install) mobile game with Unity3D Understanding of liveops concept and worked in a liveops team Experience of working with Agile processes, familiarity with Jira and Confluence Experience with shader programming, Unity’s ECS, or DOTS Familiarity with backend systems or cloud services Passion for hypercasual games and understanding of player behavior in the genre Please provide us with an overview of your most recent projects (e.g. Playstore links to the games you helped create)!
