Do you want to shape the future of HR through smart technology and data-driven insights?
We are looking for a passionate mind to join our HR Systems team. In this role, you combine HR process knowledge with technical expertise to drive innovation in our global HR landscape.
With a focus on the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module and People Analytics, you take ownership of our key system, support strategic decision-making with data, and lead change across international HR IT projects. You act as an interface between HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities :
- Technical responsibility & third-level support for SAP HR Success Factors Recruiting module
- Designing and delivering SF process and system trainings for internal target groups
- Serving as sub-project lead for international HR IT projects
- Supporting vendor selection in collaboration with the IT department
- Developing and implementing change management initiatives
- Driving People Analytics across all Success Factors modules (e.g. current-state analysis, creation of dashboards)
