Are you an enthusiastic and driven professional with a strong interest in marketing and sales Do you have experience with Google Ads or other digital marketing tools If youre a native German speaker with a talent for building solid client relationships we have a fantastic opportunity for you in the vibrant city of Barcelona!

We are looking for a Germanspeaking Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our team. In this position you will be the primary liaison for our Germanspeaking clients helping them enhance their online visibility through Google Ads and related services. Your main responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service providing strategic marketing insights and driving business growth.

This role features a hybrid work model with 2 days a week at the World Trade Center Barcelona one of the citys top business locations and 3 days working remotely for added flexibility.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Consultation and Strategy : Assist clients in effectively using Google Ads by offering personalized marketing strategies and sales advice tailored to their specific needs. Develop targeted campaigns that produce measurable results.
  • Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong longlasting relationships with Germanspeaking clients ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
  • Sales Expansion : Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts suggesting additional Google Ads solutions that align with clients goals.
  • Campaign Optimization : Monitor and analyze performance data providing actionable recommendations to enhance campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues in sales marketing and technical support to ensure that clients receive topquality service.
  • Reporting and Insights : Regularly deliver performance reports and valuable insights to clients demonstrating the effectiveness of their advertising initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Nativelevel German speaker with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Previous experience in sales marketing or digital advertising (experience with Google Ads is a significant advantage).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing practices payperclick (PPC) advertising and campaign management.
  • Resultsoriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to client support.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
