DEUTSCH :

Sie koordinieren die Einführung neuer Produkte, die an unserem Standort produziert werden sollen. Für diese Projekte verantworten Sie die Planung, Umsetzung, Kontrolle und technische Betreuung der jeweiligen Produkteinführungen.

You will coordinate the introduction of new products to be produced at our site. For these projects, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring and technical support of the respective product launches.

Job Description

DEUTSCH :

Koordination mehrerer miteinander verbundener Projekte, einschließlich der Erstellung von Programmmanagementplänen und der Einhaltung von Budgets
Leitung bei der Entwicklung von Programmmanagementkonzepten (z. B. Roadmaps, Projektsteuerung)
Überwachung und Steuerung der Programmdurchführung, einschließlich der Analyse und Dokumentation von Fertigstellungsraten, Terminen, Budgets, Ressourceneinsatz und Ergebnissen
Erstellung und Pflege der Programmdokumentation und Vorbereitung der wöchentlichen Berichterstattung unter Verwendung der unternehmenseigenen Methodik, Hilfsmittel und Vorlagen
Administration des Programmstatus in den Informationsmanagementsystemen des Unternehmens
Erkennen potenzieller Probleme und Risiken sowie Vorschlagen von Abhilfemaßnahmen und Lösungen
Entwicklung und Etablierung eines Geschäftsmodells und eines Industrialisierungssystems für Automobilteile wie Rotorwellen und Nockenwellen zusammen mit dem Vertrieb und dem lokalen Produktionsteam
Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Änderungen in der Serienproduktion
Alle anderen Aufgaben wie zugewiesen

ENGLISH :

Coordination of multiple interrelated projects, including the creation of program management plans and budget compliance

Leading the development of program management concepts (e.g. roadmaps, project control)

Monitoring and controlling program execution, including the analysis and documentation of completion rates, deadlines, budgets, use of resources and results

Creation and maintenance of program documentation and preparation of weekly reporting using the company's own methodology, tools and templates

Administration of program status in the company's information management systems

Identifying potential issues and risks and proposing remedial actions and solutions

Develop and establish a business model and industrialization system for automotive parts such as rotor shafts and camshafts together with sales and the local production team

Implementation and follow-up of changes in series production

All other tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH :

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Ingenieurwesen, in Betriebswirtschaft oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung

Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Projektmanagementfunktion, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche

Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte zu leiten, Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Methoden, Kennzahlen für die Berichterstattung und Ansätze zur Risikominderung

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Fähigkeit zum Aufbau und zur Pflege guter interner und externer Beziehungen, Verhandlungsgeschick

Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten

Hohe Motivation und Flexibilität

Gute Kenntnisse der Office-365-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

ENGLISH :

Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business administration or a related field

At least 5 years of professional experience in a project management role, ideally in the automotive industry

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, knowledge of project management methodologies, reporting metrics and risk mitigation approaches

Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain good internal and external relationships, negotiation skills

Ability to work autonomously and independently

High motivation and flexibility

Good knowledge of Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Very good German and English language skills
