Aufgaben :
During your internship, you will help shape the future of aviation training with XR technology. You will gain insights into modern learning tools, training concepts and strategic product development while working in a dynamic environment with international, cross-functional teams in the LAT network.
XR Training Strategy
Apply methods in strategic and organizational development, change and project management
Support LAT management and airline partners
Improve communication and collaboration
Conduct strategy workshops
XR Training Operations
Support XR tool implementation and operations across training centers
Develop processes for engineering, operations and support
Collaborate with multiple internal departments
Work with suppliers and airline customers
Shape the future of aviation training
Become part of a team that is currently changing the aviation training landscape with XR technology.
Collaborate closely with flight crews
Have you ever wondered how pilots fly an Airbus A320 or how emergency situations will be handled by flight attendants? After the internship you might end up having more aviation insights than initially thought!
Qualifikation :
Are you enthusiastic about technology and organizational challenges? Do you want to contribute to strategic projects while experiencing flight crew training hands-on?
