Tasks Lead IT Projects : Manage and oversee complex IT projects for our Berlin-based startup clients, focusing on network infrastructure enhancements. Network Infrastructure Management : Plan, implement, and maintain network solutions, including WLAN, LAN, WAN, VPN configurations, as well as the setup and management of switches and firewalls. SaaS Integration : Support the integration and administration of SaaS tools, ensuring seamless interfaces with Google Workspace. IT Security and Data Protection : Develop and enforce IT security protocols, manage data protection measures, and establish robust backup and disaster recovery strategies. SaaS and MDM Administration : Oversee the management of SaaS platforms and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems to ensure optimal performance and security. Deployment of Software and Hardware : Coordinate the rollout of new software applications and hardware devices, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Technical Problem Solving : Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance. User Support : Provide timely and effective support to users, addressing technical queries and issues as they arise. Requirements Degree in computer science or a related field, training as an IT specialist, or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience. In-depth expertise in network technologies, including WLAN, LAN, WAN, VPN, switches, and firewalls. Experience in planning and executing IT projects, particularly in network infrastructure, and a track record of providing professional B2B customer support. Analytical thinking and the ability to clearly understand and explain complex topics Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Linux, and SaaS solutions Knowledge of Google Workspace administration, hardware repairs, and / or machine learning / AI is advantageous. Excellent English and German skills (minimum B1 level).
