Tasks and Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership to develops strategies within the Market to win more Pouch Volumes
Support Sales team to create pipeline and select upfront right projects with high probability to win
Coordinate the creation of the most effective proposals to win in the market align between Markets and Pouch CoE
Be the expert of the solution in critical customers meeting
Facilitate the connection between Sales team and Pouch CoE
Keeps flow of communication with all functions to drive priorities
Give feedback of all functions and receive inputs from markets to develop right products
Create a successful team and develop talent for his succession in the future
Skills & Capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, Masters degree in Engineering is a plus
Strong Pouch product and solution Demonstrated experience are an advantage
Past successes driving and managing change within a complex international, matrix organization
Experience with European Business
Outstanding team building skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency as well as the ability to break down barriers / silos
Experience with working in a matrix environment
Strong Influencing Skills, Team player
Business level language skills in English and German
Willingness to travel approximately 50%
