We are always looking for optimized approaches that bring flexibility and simplification to our tenants as customers, as well as to our employees in their daily work.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Team Lead IT for the technical management of our IT infrastructure team, to ensure smooth operations and for strategic development.

Team Lead IT (m / f / d)

YOUR TASKS

  • Team leadership : technical management of the IT team, motivation, induction, goal setting, coaching.
  • Project management : planning, implementation, control and monitoring of IT projects (infrastructure, software).
  • IT strategy : Development and implementation of concepts to optimize IT systems and processes.
  • IT infrastructure & support : ensuring operation, availability and 1st to 3rd level support; coordinating external service providers.
  • IT security : increasing IT security and ensuring compliance.
  • Interface management : Link between team, management and specialist departments; communication with customers.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technical : Sound technical know-how (infrastructure, network, software), experience in project management. Completed Bachelor's degree in computer science, training as an IT specialist or demonstrable knowledge in the field of IT systems - career changers also welcome.
  • Methodical : analytical skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, budget responsibility.
  • Personal : Strong communication skills, empathy, leadership skills, sense of responsibility, hands-on mentality.
