Global I&R Portfolio Excellence Manager ( F/H)

As Global I&R Excellence Portfolio Manager – Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages, you are a key driver of Innovation transformation. Acting as a true strategic partner to the Innovation Leadership, you design and lead a new Innovation & Renovation Portfolio Business Excellence pillar at global level.
Your primary mission is to secure performance, prioritization, and value creation of innovations, in support of business growth.
You establish a robust, forward-looking, and results-driven performance management framework, ensuring excellence in governance, on-time project delivery, scope adherence, and optimal resource allocation.
Working closely with clusters, markets, and IPB, you monitor I&R portfolio performance, provide visibility on strategic alignment, identify gaps, and drive concrete action plans to maximize the impact of the global innovation pipeline.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and deploying an innovation performance management model
- Building, automating, and maintaining multi-source business dashboards
- Analyzing performance, identifying gaps, and proposing actionable improvement plans
- Supporting clusters and markets in pipeline execution
- Advising teams on project classification and compliance
- Leading review cycles and communicating decisions
- Fostering best practice sharing across the I&R community
ABOUT YOU:
- You have at least 10 years of FMCG experience. Generating Demand functions (Marketing/Sales), with proven delivery of top-line and bottom line business results.
- You are confident working in international, matrixed environments
- You demonstrate a strong business and data-driven mindset
- You are comfortable analyzing complex, multi-source data
- You lead or coordinate cross‑functional teams effectively
- You demonstrate strong analytical and financial skills
- You are familiar with Innovation/Renovation processes and I2L
- You communicate clearly and synthesise complex information
- You show leadership, adaptability and organisational skills
