Your tasks include:

• Creation / maintenance of technical documentation
• Development / execution / documentation of test scenarios
• Customer support in central administrative questions in 1st level and 2nd level
• Realization of trainings and workshops
• Maintenance of process flows / process documentation
• Assumption of areas of responsibility / responsibilities in 1st level and 2nd level
• Continuous further development in the transferred areas of responsibility

• Takeover of project activities in sub-projects
• Takeover and execution of sub-projects / individual project tasks
• Risk and fault management in the sub-projects for which you are responsible
• Administration of the server infrastructure
• Administration of the Microsoft Windows server environment
• Administration of the Linux server environment
• Support of individual virtual environments
• Creation/maintenance of server system landscapes

• Support of users / key users in 1st level and 2nd level
• Managed services in 1st level and 2nd level

• Installation / configuration / administration / maintenance / support Server hardware
• Installation / configuration / administration / support of applications
• Installation / configuration / administration / support of server operating systems
• Support

What you bring with you

You have successfully completed your vocational training as an IT specialist/electronics technician (m/f/d) or a degree in information technology, or possess comparable qualifications.

You have relevant professional experience in IT Security and ideally hold certifications in this area.

Analytical thinking and abstract reasoning are among your strengths, and you have some initial project experience. First experiences with Security solutions

Your work style is characterized by high reliability, initiative, and a strong drive to implement solutions. Even in stressful situations, you maintain a clear overview and interact with the team in a friendly and professional manner.

You are fluent in both written and spoken communication in German and English.
