The Operations Specialist (Night Shift) will work on-site for BitGo Europe in Frankfurt during the hours of 7 : 00 PM to 3 : 00 AM. This individual will perform high-volume, complex, and confidential operational activities while ensuring that tasks adhere to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for banking transactions, including both regular and unscheduled withdrawals upon client request, during night shift hours.
• Support the withdrawal verification process, vault operations, and post-transaction monitoring until on-chain settlement is confirmed.
• Oversee physical vault operations for night-time business activities, ensuring secure handling of transactions.
• Open, close, and maintain accounts with accuracy and timeliness during night operations.
• Contribute to data management by assisting with reconciliations and reports, including daily, monthly, and quarterly AuC (Assets under Custody) reports for internal and external audits.
• Troubleshoot account issues in collaboration with the Trust Operations team, providing timely responses to inquiries and working with other departments such as Sales, KYC / AML, IT Security, and Customer Success to resolve problems.
• Maintain hardware and software required for night-shift operations, ensuring that backup systems are functional and assisting with updates for token support and other functionalities.
• Take on additional tasks as required by the Management Team, focusing on learning and gaining experience in operational functions.
