Job Summary :
Supermicro Computer is looking for an Account Manager who has experience with selling technical solutions and developing business. The ideal candidate must also have a proven track record in winning enterprise level relationships and consistently achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Be responsible for maintaining the sales account, providing technical and administrative product information, and performing daily office and office maintenance tasks, , B. Writing correspondence, coordinating, entering data, offers, and process documents
- Drive sales of server solutions to new and existing clients across Germany.
- Monitor stocks, track ETA with buyers
- Act as a link between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics
- Support with internal project coordination between sales and non-sales departments
- Enter, monitor, and communicate directly with customers regarding the status of their orders, easing credit issues and negotiating returns
- Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects
- Provide regular client updates and reporting to management, ensuring alignment on goals and progress.
- Generate leads
- Travel to client meetings as necessary (Driving license required).
- Additional tasks at the request of the supervisor
