As Price Administrator (m / f / d) in our EU Business Operations and Strategic Planning department you will support our team with all administrative and operational tasks and processes within the business area.
- Handling of customer purchase orders / price contracts according to current QM system
- Input / control of sales and purchase prices in InforLN
- Update / followup of customer requirements and of customers general terms and conditions related to financial control handling to all related parties (e.g. delivery terms payment terms duty terms)
- Price provision management
- Retroactive price control
- Handling of all internal vendor price control with manufacturing plants
- Management of price templates in MS Excel
- Control of internal workflows
- Internal liaising with relevant departments to ensure sales and purchase prices are processed correctly
- Supporting and advising the commercial team where necessary
- Working as part of a joint team and contributing ideas for areas of improvement with general adhoc duties as required
- Support of other sales administrative customer requirements
