Keller Executive Search is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager for Finance / HR and Administration to support our dynamic team. This multifaceted role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage daily office operations while overseeing financial processes and human resource functions.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day office activities, ensuring a smooth operational flow.
- Handle all financial transactions including invoicing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications regarding finance and HR matters.
- Prepare reports for management on office operations, financial status, and HR metrics.
- Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
- Facilitate training sessions and team-building activities for personnel development.
