MacGregor Black are proudly partnering with a Leading Sports and Lifestyle brand on the search for a Sales Manager. This is a remote based role in Germany.
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in managing key accounts and buying groups such as Intersport, Sport2000 , and similar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, fostering strong client relationships, and leading a continued growth across DACH.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including Intersport, Sport2000, and other major buying groups, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Create and implement sales strategies tailored to the sporting goods and apparel industry, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead contract negotiations with buying groups and key accounts, ensuring favourable terms while maintaining strong relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand and expand the client network.
