We are looking for an experienced sales manager to provide strategic and operational support to our sales team and lead them to success. Become part of our expanding company in energy storage and create the future with us.
- You are responsible for preparing and successfully executing contract negotiations with clients aligning our technology with their needs and coordinating the entire sales process from customer acquisition to closing.
- You will understand our customers and their requirements skills that are essential to our growth strategy.
- You manage sales budgets and ensure sales targets are met.
- You drive our international expansion into European markets.
- You serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
- You collaborate with our engineering team to support customers with designin developments.
- You identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the green energy market.
- You develop strategies and conduct potential analyses.
- You build and continuously strengthen our successful sales team.
What do you bring
A degree in engineering or a comparable field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development ideally in the energy sector.
Strong business acumen and knowledge of system requirements.
High level of accountability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Goaloriented and motivated work style with quick analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in German and English.
