In the context of its supervisory mission, the ‘ Supervision of Specialised PFS ’ department is looking to strengthen its team and recruit an analyst (m / f) specialised in the supervision of Professional depositaries of assets other than financial instruments (DPAAIF).
Role & responsibilities
- As a key contact, be responsible for the prudential supervision of a portfolio of Specialised PFS, mainly authorised as DPAAIF
- Development and implementation of tools for the prudential supervision of Specialised PFS authorised as DPAAIF
- Dealing with issues relating to AIFM regulation
- Drafting opinions, notes or observations in relation to the activity of DPAAIF
- Collaboration with other CSSF departments on files and subjects related more specifically to the activity of the DPAAIF
Your profile
The successful candidate (m / f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s / he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).
Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
