Controller (m / f / d) Shape the Financial Flight Path of AutoGyro

Prepare for takeoff into a highflying career! As our new Controller (m / f / d) at AutoGyro you will play a pivotal role in guiding our financial strategy ensuring precision in our operations and optimizing our business processes. Reporting directly to top management you will navigate the complex financial landscape of our internationally renowned gyrocopter production with agility and expertise. Buckle up for an exhilarating journey where your skills will help shape the future of aviation!

Tasks

  • Financial Controlling & Reporting : Pre and postcalculation of

gyrocopter production costs including analysis and interpretation of

order results.

  • Inventory Management & Valuation : Valuation and devaluation of

    • inventories according to HGB (annually) optimizing stock levels and

    structures in collaboration with specialist departments.

  • Strategic Cost Control : Monitor analyze and optimize inventory

    • utilization and cost structures to ensure efficient resource allocation.

  • Business Partnering : Proactively advise specialist departments on costrelevant issues and support decisionmaking processes.
  • Production Controlling : Support production controlling on various business management matters ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Financial Analysis & Forecasting : Prepare sales and earnings forecasts conduct ad hoc analyses and develop KPIs.
  • Process Optimization & IT Collaboration : Continuously improve

    • financial processes and applications in cooperation with IT and related

    departments.

  • Auditing & Compliance : Support auditors and tax auditors and ensure smooth reconciliation of value flows.

    • Requirements

  • Language Proficiency : Business fluent in German and English you

    • will communicate with our international management team daily.

  • Experience : At least 5 years of professional experience in a Germanbased company with a manufacturing background.
  • Mindset : Agile thinker who can think outside the box with a goaloriented handson approach.
  • Personality : A mentally mature independent and flexible professional with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Technical Skills : Experience in ABAS ERP is desirable.
  • Analytical Expertise : Strong skills in analyzing complex financial data and deriving actionable insights.
