Senior HR Specialist

Location : Stuttgart (hybrid)

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Specialist to support the Head of HR Operations in ensuring efficient HR service delivery and leading operational improvements. This role combines strategic input with hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone with strong technical skills and project leadership experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a trusted partner and primary support to the Head of HR Operations.
  • Lead cross-functional HR projects to streamline systems, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Oversee and manage core HR administrative workflows and documentation.
  • Maintain and optimize HR data in SAP and other internal platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure HR compliance and audit preparedness.
  • Provide support for payroll and time tracking activities.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of HR policies, tools, and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR operations or a comparable field.
  • Strong expertise with SAP HR systems and other HR administrative tools.
  • Proven ability to lead HR-related projects and implement process improvements.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and discreet with sensitive information.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
