We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Buyer to join our dynamic team at AVATR Global Design Center. In this role you will support our Purchasing Manager in strengthening and expanding our purchasing team.

What you will do :

• Vendor Management : Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to ensure the best value for the company.
• Procurement Strategy : Develop and implement effective procurement strategies ensuring all purchasing activities align with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
• Cost Control : Track and manage purchasing budgets working to identify costsaving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
• Supplier Evaluation : Regularly evaluate supplier performance ensuring products are of high quality delivered on time and meet contractual agreements.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams such as production logistics and finance to ensure timely and efficient procurement.
• Market Research : Stay informed about market trends pricing and new suppliers to ensure competitive purchasing decisions.
• Order Processing : Oversee the purchasing order process from requisition to receipt ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities expenditures and savings providing analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations company policies and ethical standards regarding procurement practices.
