StellenbeschreibungNative-level proficiency in German, both spoken and written. Strong knowledge of German payroll regulations and experience with SAP HR or similar systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Competitive gross annual salary, up to 44,000 for full-time; part-time salaries prorated. Performance Bonus for Full time, 22,000 EUR annually. Flexible working hours with a hybrid work model. Working schedule : Mon-Fri : 09.00-18.00 Additional benefits including discounts on transportation, Urban Sports Club membership, and employer pension contributions.
We are looking for a native German-speaking HR Payroll Specialist (m / f / d) to join our team in Osnabrück. This role involves managing payroll processes with precision, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. We offer flexible working arrangements, including full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours / week) options, with a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities :
- Efficiently execute payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle personnel changes (new hires, terminations, contract adjustments) and update payroll records accordingly.
- Provide expert advice on tax and social security matters, ensuring compliance with German regulations.
- Act as a liaison with government authorities and prepare detailed payroll reports.
