Stellenbeschreibung

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the international subsidiaries in all important business management issues in the area of production / operation / logistics.
  • Preparation of monthly reports, intra-year forecasts and corporate planning on a strategic and operational level in cooperation with international colleagues
  • Sparring partner of the international management level (plant manager) and the local controlling team
  • Independent derivation of recommendations for actions, commenting as well as monitoring the implementation and follow-up of measures
  • Creating cost transparency and ensuring reliable product costing for standard and actual costs, including variance analyses
  • Execution of ad-hoc analyses and benchmarks between the international production sites
  • Implementation and follow-up of standardizations of controlling and reporting structures

Profile

  • Successfully completed studies (Bachelor / Master) in business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on controlling.
  • Professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial environment
  • Excellent skills in written and spoken English
  • Interest in production processes and cooperation in international teams as well as willingness to travel internationally
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, knowledge of the SAP modules FI / CO and Business Warehouse
  • Sound analytical skills, conceptual strength and assertiveness
  • Independent, committed and responsible way of working
