We are currently looking for a Financial Controller (m / f / d) to actively support our Finance department in Flensburg!

This is how You Make a Difference

As our Financial Controller (m / f / d) you will support the Finance team in ensuring the financial health of the group by monitoring all financial planning and analyses activities. Therefore making and keeping the finances of the entire r2p Group transparent to several stakeholders is key for this position. You will contribute to this with the following tasks :

• Helping the group to ensure that the financial controlling is conducted consistently throughout all business units of the group.
• Preparing monthend forecasting and planning reports for the management including profit and loss statements balance sheets and cash flow statements. Additionally providing stakeholders with relevant financial and leading nonfinancial KPIs.
• Executing analysis against previous planning forecasts and budgets.
• Bridging the group reporting to the respective status and performance of our customer projects.
• Supporting the overall budgeting process and forecasts on financial performance and cash flow.
• Identifying risks and opportunities for proper decisionmaking processes and challenge performance in diverse areas through ad hoc analysis.
• Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance.
