We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team specializing in General Management for Cummins in Gross-Gerau, Hessen, Germany.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
Assist with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) related tasks, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and promoting a safe workplace environment.
Serve as the primary contact for local employees, vendors, and guests, providing timely assistance and support.
Support various site operations, including handling maintenance, repairs, audits, and special projects to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations.
Maintain seamless daily office operations by managing resources, supplies, and processes that contribute to a well-organized workspace.
Gather, compile, and verify data for reports, presentations, and forms, ensuring accurate entries in office databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
Conduct research, generate statistical reports, and assist in departmental activities such as correspondence, meeting coordination, and handling inquiries.
Prepare and submit documentation for vendor and supplier payments, manage accounting requests, and respond to inquiries related to accounts payable.
Maintain and update departmental policies and procedures, supporting business improvement projects and routine administrative needs as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Experience :
