Keysight Technologies are the world's largest Test and Measurement equipment manufacturer. We have a Solutions Project Manager position available in our growing Electromobility segment. This position will be based in Germany, representing Keysight Sales as part of our Global Solutions team, assisting external customers in the definition and implementation of Keysight’s power portfolio for Battery Test Labs, EV solutions, associated products and services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background experience from pre sales or delivery of complex projects with customer in the HV / LV Power / E-mobility industry . Is capable to understand and interpret customer’s problems and recommends solutions to meet their needs and define appropriate steps required to manage actives within dynamic and demanding environment. The Project Manager plays a key role within the pre-sales process to deliver a work package that reflect the Concept, Scope and deliverables across different phases of the engagement. In delivery scenario, the project manager owns the enjoyments communication with customers to determines overall program / project plan, budget, structure, schedule, staffing requirements and sub-contractors. 25% will be required Responsibilities Experience in Presales and / or delivery of project proposals that encompass Technical RFQ requirements, Site preparation & supplier definition and planning. Demonstrated ownership, management and accountability projects in customer facing role. Self-motivated, structured, organized, proactive, and professional. Capable to evaluate & manage external contractors, prepare pricing, work breakdowns. Manage the communication with different stakeholders related to planning, scheduling, design for new installation of Keysight EV systems at customer sites. Demonstrated Project delivery timeline planning and design. Excellent communicator in both written / verbal, in English and German language Typical customer applications are in Power Electronics, High Voltage, High Current E-Mobility areas : R&D Battery Pack, Battery Module and Cell Testing Electric car - On board Charger Charging Infrastructure Test and deployment Qualifications Bachelors / Masters Degree or University Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (or Equivalent). Solid relevant experience in Electrical, Industrial application areas Capable to manage Project definition, deployment, Site preparation & supply requirement definition and planning. Fluency in German (B2 and above) is required. Communication in English and capable to work with colleagues across multiple disciplines / regions. Knowledge and proven experience of requirements to manage aspects of Safety, Electrical / Facility connectivity, and 3rd party wiring plans for EV equipment installation. Knowledge of 3rd party and remote terminal connectivity required to monitor temperature, gas and associated safety aspects. Demonstrated knowledge of battery technology, EV testing standards, electric vehicle energy storage systems, charging systems and power delivery are an advantage.
