Your job as a professional (m / w / d) for highly complex technology :

• Autonomous commissioning, maintenance, and repair of our precision machines
• Regular and acute troubleshooting on our electro-optic systems
• Advice and support of our customers over the phone, via email, and on-site with a focus on Europe
• Instruction and training of our customers
• Autonomous coordination and organization of different service tasks
• Preparation of offers for services and spare parts
• Regular maintenance of our customer databases using modern CRM tools
• Close cooperation with sales and technology to increase customer satisfaction.
