As a Junior Campaign Specialist youll be vital in both supporting and optimizing digital advertising initiatives. Youll also engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions. This position isnt purely focused on marketing; it also involves strategic sales responsibilities aimed at helping clients achieve their business objectives. What Youll Be Doing : Core Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support : Help create manage and refine digital marketing campaigns for Google products.
  • Client Solutions : Collaborate with sales teams to grasp client goals and develop comprehensive advertising solutions.
  • Performance Insights : Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights for improving results.
  • Client Engagement : Directly interact with German-speaking clients building strong relationships and pinpointing new business opportunities.
  • Customer Advisory : Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing client questions and offering strategic advice on campaign enhancements.
  • Market Awareness : Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends tools and best practices to ensure campaign success.

What Were Looking For : Candidate Profile

  • Language Fluency : You must be fluent in German (native or near-native level) and possess strong communication skills in English .
  • Prior Experience : Experience in sales marketing or a related field is a definite plus.
  • Analytical Aptitude : Strong analytical abilities including the capacity to interpret data and make informed data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a client-focused approach.
  • Organizational Prowess : Able to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Technical Familiarity (Desirable) : Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads) and CRM tools is an advantage.
