Job Description

This role focuses on ensuring supplier performance and compliance with quality standards and nuclear codes, while driving continuous improvement and cost reduction. Regular visits to supplier sites are required.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Supplier Monitoring : Ensure supplier performance meets requirements through inspections, follow-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Quality Management : Define monitoring levels, conduct inspections, and manage corrective actions to ensure nuclear safety and compliance.
• Performance Reporting : Lead supplier performance reviews and implement action plans to reduce quality costs.
• Documentation Management : Approve nuclear purchase orders, quality plans, technical programs, and specifications.
• Non-Conformance Resolution : Process supplier deviations, non-conformities, and combat Counterfeit, Fraudulent, and Suspect Items cases following established procedures.
• Database Maintenance : Ensure supplier qualifications and certifications are up to date in the database.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams across Emerson locations, global supply chain, and engineering teams to resolve supplier issues.
• Future Growth : Be trained to audit suppliers for compliance with nuclear codes and standards.
