Your tasks

Reporting Reporting and Analysis of HR KPIs (absenteeism, headcount, bonus, salary Authorisations Management

HR Processes and Improvements Participating to HR tools deployments and policies implementation (from business need definition to change plan implementation towards endusers) Leading Business Transformation projects linked to legal restructuring or carve in / out regarding tools and HR processes impacts

Act as support to HR4HR team in the following activities HR Process and Policy Deployment HR partnering with the business

Your qualifications

a degree in business administration

HR operational experience, with good knowledge of HR processes and business acumen

strong information management systems skills and knowledge of data analytics

knowledge of SAP and MS applications

team oriented mind-set

creativity and appetence for problem solving

ability to communicate and influence towards diverse audiences (incl. senior management) and strong networking skills
