The Customer SatisfactionSpecialist is the direct link between customer and our companyinside each Exide plant. He / she represents the voice of thecustomer inside Exide, and is responsible for assuring customersatisfaction, support solving problem activities and ensure timelyanswers in order to solve claims and customer problems. Assurecompliance with customer requirements according toExide´s policies and follow-up customer audits. What willyour daily responsibilities include in this role? Implement allpreventive and corrective actions and activities needed to meet allcustomer requirements. Leading crossfunctional teams focused oncustomer expectations, needs and requirements. Prepare, participateand follow up Customer Audits. Responsible to review and analyzeaudit results and customer requests / claims and share it acrossthe plant. Participate and conduct internal audits (system, processand product). Participate and monitor in new projects and productand process homologations and re-qualifications. Perform awarenessand training actions according to Customer requirements. Monitoringand updating KPI´s related to the customer (PPM,warranties, non-conformities, claims status etc.). Participate inworking groups of problem solving, lessons learned, sharing andcontinuous improvement methodology (8D; FMEA; 6 sigma etc.). Takingresponsibility that all special characteristics are correctlyreported in DFMEA and PFMEA, control plan and related documentsFollow internal escalation process when needed. What we ask for : Knowledge and interpretation of international quality standards– mainly ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 Understanding andapplication of quality tools (SPC, 8D and FMEA) Understandingcustomer requirements and focus on their satisfaction.
