Address capacity bottlenecks in our transport and storage network. Lead and develop your team members. In this position, you will report directly to our Director of Consumer Logistics Europe. German at C1 level, English at least at B2 level. Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics or a dynamic startup environment. Initial leadership experience. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems. Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners at all hierarchical levels, particularly in contract negotiations.
