Your role

As a Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for managing customer orders, tracking shipments, maintaining master data, and ensuring excellent communication with customers and agents. You will play a key role in supporting Global Key Accounts and National Accounts , ensuring smooth order processing and issue resolution.

  • Process customer orders efficiently in SAP
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Create and dispatch order-related documents and certificates
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and agents
  • Review and update forecast figures in SAP
  • Maintain master data in SAP
  • Enter and track customer complaints
  • Optimize order frequencies to improve efficiency

About you

  • Completed apprenticeship in Business Administration or a related field
  • Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
  • Strong computer skills , including SAP and Microsoft 365
  • Self-motivated with a high level of responsibility
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Communicative, open-minded, and flexible team player
