Job Description : Main Tasks :

• Autonomous preparation of the multi-year-budget and regular forecasts for UMS financial key indicators (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) in close cooperation with the head of the Controlling department and all other involved UMS functions.
• Prepare and safeguard continuous improvements of monthly UMS financial reports. Analyze financial data and derive key messages for the CFO and superior UMS management.
• For key projects : Regularly review project EACs (Estimation at Completion), including assessment of opportunities and risks over the life of the project, to ensure that financial project indicators reflect an accurate and true picture of the overall situation at all times.
• Commercially manage R&D projects : Participate in the application for R&D funding via e.g. preparation of project calculations in accordance with national and European rules & regulations as well as after positive award decision, commercial support and order processing.
• Support the Finance & Administration department in "liquid mode", e.g. by preparing the monthly and annual financial statements including cost accounting, commercial order processing or local reporting.

Profile / requirements :

5 years of professional experience in the field of finance with a focus on planning, reporting, controlling. Additional experience in accounting and cost accounting would be an advantage.
