Requirements

Certified accountant (IHK) with indepth knowledge of accounting. Knowledge of ERP systems (we use SAP Business One)
5 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills and interest in process optimization.
SQL knowledge and DATEV certification are an advantage.
Knowledge of tax law and compliance is a plus.
Responsible detailoriented and proactive.
Ability to lead and work closely with crossfunctional teams and bring creativity and flexibility to problem solving.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Preparation of annual financial statements for external tax advisors. Management of profit and loss statements and overseeing financial data analysis to support strategic decisions.

Monthly cost analysis and detailed financial reporting.

Management and development of the accounting department.

Handling of ongoing business transactions and company accounts.

Optimization of accounting processes using ERP systems (SAP Business One).

Management of the entire accounting system inhouse with the aim of rationalization and minimizing external handover to tax advisors.
