Key Responsibilities :

  • Define solution architecture for complex business requirements in line with enterprise IT standards and future-state landscapes
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and technical requirements, designing tailored PLM solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
  • Lead system integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity with existing client systems and optimal data flow
  • Perform configuration and customization of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, including workflows, data models, and user interfaces
  • Act as the primary technical expert on 3DEXPERIENCE, providing guidance to clients and internal project teams
  • Build and maintain strong client engagement, conducting regular updates and ensuring satisfaction with solutions delivered
  • Apply industry best practices and emerging trends (particularly in the Automotive sector) to improve solution design and performance
  • Work closely with nearshore / offshore teams, transferring requirements and collaborating on remote implementation

Requirements :

  • 15+ years of total IT / engineering experience
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in PLM solution architecture with 3DEXPERIENCE
  • Strong expertise in solution design, system integration, and customization on 3DEXPERIENCE
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively across business and technical teams
  • Solid knowledge of PLM best practices and industry trends, preferably within the Automotive sector
  • Experience collaborating with global delivery models (nearshore / offshore)
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
