Job Description

Your mission during this flight :

• Ensure deliveries of team in time / cost / quality
• Manage Team resources with people and assigned budget responsibility
• Provide disciplinary leadership to team members (including resourcing, development, performance management, recognition, and reward)
• Provides day-to-day guidance, coaching & feedback to the team
• Ensure high clarity and spirit within the team
• Plan and manage team capacity according to project needs
• Collaborate closely with other Team Leads and Head of Departments to guarantee best results
• Seek opportunities to introduce continued improvements to the flight test process
• Ensure team always adheres to FTOM processes and procedures
