Experience in the field of plasma physics is a plus.Identify complex and technically relevant problems, determine their root causes, and develop and recommend appropriate solutions.Protect technologies, processes, materials, and products through targeted patent filings.Work closely with the Product Management, Sales, and Operations departments to ensure the critical aspects of innovation projects are addressed.Actively participate in an international team at our locations in Germany and the USA, collaborating on innovative solutions.What You Bring : A completed Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Physics.
