POSTE

Your Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand both strategic and operational needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements
  • Analyze existing systems and propose improvements or innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Take part in the design and development of new applications or software features, working closely with technical teams
  • Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of functional specifications, technical requirements, and business process flows
  • Serve as a bridge between business teams and IT to ensure mutual understanding and alignment of objectives
  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure quality and proper implementation of IT solutions
  • Provide technical support to end users and participate in user training if needed
  • Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with internal procedures

PROFIL

Your Profile :

  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the medical, biotech, or healthcare industry
  • Solid technical skills, including knowledge of databases, programming languages (PHP is a plus), and integration tools
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to identify business needs, and propose efficient, technology-driven solutions
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in French (written and spoken); English proficiency is highly desirable.
