This role ensures business continuity, drives the successful deployment of digital solutions, and acts as the essential link between the factory floor and the wider Digital Services and Delivery Center (DC) organizations.

    • Engage with user groups to identify systems needs, gather feedback, and manage expectations regarding IT service delivery and project timelines.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Coach and guide factory personnel on the use of new systems and processes to promote user adoption and proficiency.
  • 30% On-Site Project Implementation & Management
    • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects within the Cuxhaven factory, from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
    • Coordinate the installation and integration of new hardware, software, and systems in alignment with central Digital Services initiatives.
    • Serve as the primary on-site technical expert for the implementation of new digital tools, ensuring minimal disruption to factory operations.
    • Develop and adapt methodologies for system installation and integration to suit local factory conditions and user needs.
  • 20% Technical Support & Business Continuity
    • Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues affecting factory production systems to ensure business continuity.
    • Analyze recurring system problems, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements or technical solutions.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for on-site systems, support procedures, and project activities.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Recognized subject matter expert in IT project implementation and support - ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
