Skeleton is looking for an enthusiastic and driven

Assistant to the Management (m / f / x).

This position is part of the Executive Shared Service Center and is responsible for delivering versatile, high-quality support to the company's senior leadership team, including C-level executives, vice presidents, directors, and the plant manager. The role combines executive assistance, office coordination, and front-desk presence to ensure seamless daily operations across the organization. You will collaborate closely with office managers, handle a wide range of administrative tasks, and contribute to efficient communication and workflow across teams. The ideal candidate is adaptable, service-minded, and comfortable supporting multiple leaders with varying needs.

Your responsibility areas :

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and handling follow-ups on open items.
• Serve as a point of contact for executives, employees, visitors, clients, and external partners, including periodic front-desk duties to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
• Support office managers in daily operational tasks and contribute to the smooth functioning of the workplace.
• Ensure the timely and accurate flow of information across leadership teams and prepare materials for internal and external communication, such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
• Build strong working relationships with leaders across different functions and assist in coordinating cross-departmental activities.
• Track and process expenses for supported executives and prepare regular summaries and reports as needed.
• Assist with general administrative and logistical tasks that contribute to effective management operations within the shared service center.
