As part of a direct placement , we are currently looking for a Quality Management Operations Specialist (m / f / x) on behalf of a client for a location in southern Germany. Your tasks

Supervision of a production area in all quality matters.

Training and instructing employees on quality specifications and methods.

Clarification of special approvals and internal tolerances.

Development of concepts to promote delivery quality, reduce error costs and ensure quality standards.

Working closely with process engineers, Industrial Excellence, operational staff and managers.

Supporting the start of series production and ramp-up by introducing quality management processes.

Checking the effectiveness of implemented measures and initiating corrective measures if necessary.

Conducting audits and assessments and ensuring the implementation of the resulting improvement measures.

Evaluating and reporting data on quality performance.

Your profile

Very good university degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, photonics or industrial engineering.

Several years of professional experience in the relevant field.

Very good written and spoken English.

Sound knowledge of quality methods (ISO 9001, 8D, Six Sigma, LEAN).

Ideally auditor training.

Analytical thinking and structured way of working.

Organizational talent and assertiveness.

Self-confident appearance, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking.
