We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead all Marketing initiatives related to EV Battery Solutions.
The ideal candidate will be an all-round profile, spanning Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Demand Generation. The focus of the role will be to develop and fine-tune our product messaging, create compelling sales materials in collaboration with the team, build an effective content marketing platform, create engaging content and pilot performance marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to generate leads, nurture prospects and support sales initiatives within our EV Battery Solutions Business Unit.
- Promote our products by finetuning our positioning and crafting relevant messaging and highlighting our unique features.
- Create impactful marketing collateral and sales materials including presentations, case studies and product datasheets to support lead generation and enable sales teams.
- Collaborate with closely with product management team and sales teams to understand customer needs, translating insights into effective marketing plans and messaging.
- Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to build up state-of-the-art content marketing platform.
- Create engaging content incl. gated content for our end customers to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Measure interaction and engagement metrics to continuously improve marketing efforts and drive higher levels of audience engagement.
- Pilot first performance marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Support product launches by creating relevant materials for our own salesforce and end customers.
- Contribute to website development and optimization efforts, providing valuable input to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
