We're looking for a dynamic Global Head of Finance to steer our financial strategy and fuel our rapid global growth. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll shape financial decision-making and ensure smooth operations across multiple regions. This role demands deep SaaS expertise and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Your Mission

  • Financial Strategy & Leadership : Craft and execute a global financial strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth goals.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning : Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning, ensuring data-driven models support our international expansion.
  • Operational Finance : Optimize global accounting, treasury, tax, payroll, and compliance processes for scalability.
  • Team Leadership : Grow and mentor a world-class finance team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Performance & KPI Management : Define and track key financial and operational metrics (KPI) for the business to ensure the company is meeting its financial objectives. Provide actionable insights to drive business performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Investor Relations : Support in investor reporting and any future fundraising initiatives, including preparing financial documentation and pitches.

Your Skills

  • Education : Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience : 3+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
  • SaaS Expertise : Deep understanding of the SaaS revenue model, including ARR, MRR, churn, and customer LTV.
  • Leadership : Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and inspire a global finance team.
  • Global Experience : Proven experience managing financial operations across multiple countries and regions is a plus.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in financial software, as well as advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Analytical Mindset : Strong strategic thinking, financial analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to a non-financial audience.
  • Compliance & Risk Management : Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g. HGB and US GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
