Join us as R&D DevOps Platform Engineer (m / f / d) on this exciting journey and experience the fascination of Riedel Communications in action.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation of Software Technology : Your main responsibility lies in the operation of all tools that are required to fulfill the Software Development methodology.
Building and managing : You build and manage structures such as CI / CD pipelines, monitoring and logging systems or cloud-based infrastructure.
Selection of infrastructure : You are working together with the DevOps Engineering Lead to understand the requirements for the application infrastructure and pick the right tools to fulfill the DevOps needs.
Collaboration and Communication : Collaboration with the Customer Success Team is key. You will also be closely collaborating with Product Groups SMEs to pick the right cloud infrastructure, set up solutions and operate them facing various stakeholders or customers.

THAT'S YOU

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant industry experience.

Experience with installing, running and maintaining Linux based systems, on premise or in Cloud.

In addition skills to deploy, monitor and manage applications and IT services, as well as their peripheral needs (Databases, high availability, storage techniques..) are necessary.

Strong and proven technical skills in scripting languages, DevOps tools, Cloud APIs are required to be able to debug code and troubleshoot.

Open, transparent and strong communication skills in English to collaborate effectively in a multinational R&D organization, German is optional but very advantageous.
