Postdoc Position (m / f / d) Molecular Bioinformatics

The research group of Prof. Dr. Stephan Weidinger at the Department of Dermatology and Allergy / Quincke Research Center is looking for a Postdoc in the field of molecular bioinformatics / biostatistics. Within several large-scale projects funded by the EU, DFG and through industry collaborations we aim to define cellular and molecular mechanisms of chronic inflammatory skin diseases and search for molecular classifiers and for biomarkers associated with disease manifestation, progression, and therapy response. Our research group is embedded in a medical research environment and employs state-of-the-art molecular profiling methods on deeply phenotyped prospective cohorts, in particular and single cell sequencing technologies.
Start in our team
We are looking for professional and competent support to start as soon as possible , limited for 3 years. The working place will be within the Quincke Research Centre situated on the UKSH Campus Kiel.
