  • Lead and contribute to implementation science components of multidisciplinary global health diagnostics projects
  • Design, conduct, and analyze qualitative and mixed-methods studies (, interviews, focus groups, surveys) as well as stated-preference methods
  • Apply and advance implementation science frameworks, theories, and methodologies
  • Contribute to grant writing and disseminate findings through high-impact peer-reviewed publications and policy-oriented outputs
  • Supervise and mentor doctoral students and junior researchers; engage with international collaborators and stakeholders in diverse settings
  • PhD in public health, implementation science, social sciences, or a related discipline
  • Strong expertise in qualitative and mixed-methods research
  • Demonstrated experience in implementation science (frameworks, hybrid designs, or preference research)
  • Track record of peer-reviewed publications
  • Experience working in global health and/or resource-limited settings is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent written and spoken English (German is an asset but not required)
