Description
- Organize your day by setting priorities and deadlines for each task.
- Communication is key in managing the day-to-day operations of clients. Be proactive in reaching out to clients, keeping them updated, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- When preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial documents, pay attention to detail and accuracy to ensure compliance with deadlines and regulations.
- For statutory audits, work closely with the auditing team to provide the necessary information and support to complete the audit smoothly and efficiently.
- Take thorough notes during client board meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutes to document discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Stay informed about tax and VAT regulations to ensure accurate and timely preparation of returns for clients.
- When liaising with senior executives and insurance supervisors, maintain a professional and proactive approach to build strong relationships and ensure clear communication.
